About City Centre Branch
The City Centre branch is situated along Kimathi Street in Corner House, 11th floor. This Branch is the firm's Litigation and Arbitration centre. We practice in all courts including the Magistrate Courts, High Court, Court of Appeal, Industrial Court, Children's Court, Anti-Corruption Court and City Court. We also practice in tribunals including the National Environment Tribunal, Rent Restriction Tribunal, Business Premises Rent Tribunal and the Co-operative Tribunal. The Directorate has two departments: APPEALS/CONSTITUTIONAL LAW DIVISION and TRIALS & INJUNCTIONS DIVISION
The Branch is headed by a Branch Managing Partner, Tim A Liko. N'cruba Ojiambo, the firm's Managing Partner Knowledge and Information also sits in the City Center Branch. They are supported by two other Advocates and two legal assistants, administrative assistants and clerical staff. Face consultation with the customer takes place at the office nearest to the customer.
