The Hill Team appreciates that continuous learning is critical to endearing customer service. The law is not cast on stone and new developments unfold every day. In the words of Henry Truman; It is what you learn after you know it all that counts. There is a learning committee primarily established to steer the learning programme within the firm in the spirit of the firm's mission and vision. The mission of The Hill Team CLE is to enhance professional development, the main objective being to foster learning on all fronts; including legal, managerial and in socio-political matters. We hold Hill Team CLE sessions every two weeks. Activities during CLE sessions include inter alia, debates on legal issues, presentation of paper, critique of legal precedents, and training on management issues.

Hill Corporate Services Limited is a corporate services commercial arm of the firm. It is a limited liability company incorporated and existing under the laws of Kenya. Its establishment arose from the need to provide trustee and secretarial services to its clients who wished to keep their matters arising from their corporate activities alongside their legal services requirements. The Company was incorporated by the Registrar of Companies on 3rd August 2006. The Company's registered office is situate on 10th Floor, Hill Plaza, Community, Ngong Road and its postal address is P.O. Box Number 33223-00600, Nairobi.

Hill QBC Limited is a company owned by Hill Team support staff. It provides an avenue through which the welfare policies of the Human Resource Department are addressed. It supplies to the firm non-legal services e.g catering, stationery, cleaning. Proceeds from the services go towards initiatives beneficial to the support staff.

Hill Fun Club is organized under the Human Resource Department. It is an avenue through which the HR executes team building initiatives and other activities critical to people management. We appreciate that people have hobbies. Therefore, HFC provides a chance for people to explore their hobbies. For example, under HFC, we have The Hill Team singers, who are the lovers of music. We also explore performing arts and games in our learning and team building activities. Through HFC, we are able to do things not only in the right way, but also the fun way.
