Seven Managing Partners and a CEO
The Hill Team has a corporatized organizational structure. The firm presently has eight (8) partners. It is, however, managed not as a partnership but as an enterprise - a corporation. The partners’ meetings are the shareholder/Board meeting equivalent. Whereas the general management is delegated to the Chief Executive Officer; each partner has an executive role in management, in addition to a professional directorate. Thus George Sichangi is the CEO; Gilbert Nyamweya is the Branch Managing Partner Hill Plaza; Tim Liko is the Branch Managing Partner City Centre; Mwangi Kariuki is the Branch Managing Partner Westlands; Cyrus Maina is the Branch Managing Partner-Industrial Area; N'cruba Ojiambo is the Managing Partner-Knowledge and Information; Ruby Okoth is the Managing Partner-Operations and HR and Josephine Namasaka is the Managing Partner- Business Development.
Associates and Legal Assistants
In addition to the partners, work execution is further supported by the associates namely Norman Asega, Patrick Wainaina, Winfred Mwangi, Hannah Wamuyu; and legal assistants namely Zipporah Mwau, Francis Kakai, Mercy Kithenya and Josephine Kogweno, Grace Njoki, Lauryn Ongayo.
Administrative and Support Staff
The firm has an Administrative structure which includes Mrs. Anne Wamweya, Beatrice Wambasu, as the Senior Administrative Assistant, and supported by Esther Ndung'u, Emily Machanja, Herina Achieng, Annjoy Micheni, Pamela Mwajuma, Mrs. Wamweya Anne, Jane Wanjuki and Irene Kiboko all holders of diplomas in Business Administration and Office Management, together with other office assistants including Christopher Onono, Justus Mutuku, Muli Kisese, Esther Kingori, Christine Akinyi, Celestine Musavi, Maureen Nzilani, Ejidia Wambui and Carol Nyawira. We are also supported by clerks including Lawrence Kiarie Thuku, Henry Agoro and Moses Makhungu.
Accounts Department
The Finance & Accounts Department is headed by Allan Ng'ang'a (B.Com: Accounts (Hons) and CPA-K), assisted by Sylvia Kirrinkai (B.Com: Finance (Hons) CPA- Finalist), and three other qualified accounts assistants namely Catherine Matingwony (CPA Part 1), Willy Mugwimi (CPA Part 3 ) and Maureen Wachenje ( Diploma in Secretarial and Computer)
External Advisors
The firm has external advisors who are people from different walks of life with extensive experience in social and business affairs. They are routinely available either collectively or individually to advise the partners. However, consultation with the board of advisors is done in neutral terms and ensures client confidentiality is not breached.
