The Hill Team is organized on a spread-out office concept, effectively set up in five (5) branches; Hill Plaza, Westlands, City Centre, Industrial Area, and Nyeri. The objective of this structure is premised on our experience that our customers who need services are spread out in Nairobi in the City Center and the emerging distinct business districts of Westlands and Industrial Area/Mombasa Road, among others. We found it necessary to 'move' our practice closer to our customers through various branches.

Professionally, George Sichangi is the Director Banking, Securities and Property Law; Gilbert Nyamweya is the Director - Commercial & Intellectual Property Law; Tim Liko is the Director Litigation & Arbitration; Samuel Kariuki is the Director Corporate Law; Cyrus Maina is the Director Tax Law, N'cruba N Ojiambo is the Director - Financial Services Law; Ruby Okoth is the Director Regulatory and Environmental Law.

Management is further delegated to other members of The Hill Team. Josephine K'ogweno is the Director Church, Religious and Charitable Organisation Services (CReCOS), Zipporah Mwau serves as the Registrar Litigation, and Esther Ndung'u serves as Registrar Commercial Law.

These directorates are set up under specific Charters setting out their principle mandate, objectives, powers and responsibilities of the directors. They operate within specific departments Viz, Commercial Law, Litigation & Arbitration and Conveyancing. The directors are not the only ones with expertise in the areas they manage; their role is to give direction and manage the development and service in these particular areas, and to marshal skills for any particular assignment.

The Hill Team has an IT support infrastructure linking all the offices. This is co-ordinated by an IT Officer Work is executed through these offices by the partner(s) in charge and other lawyers, under supervision and consultation by the CEO. In the event that any particular brief would be best served by a different lawyer or team at the head office or our other office centers with matching skills, the brief is quickly re-directed to such lawyer/team or a special team is quickly pooled for that purpose. Face Consultations with the clients' takes place at the office nearest to such client, and team members move to meetings with clients at the office nearest to the client or to the clients' venue of choice, regardless of where the client made contact with us.

The Strategy Steering Team is charged with the responsibility of coordinating, formulating, implementing and evaluating cross-functional decisions that enable Hill Team to achieve its objectives and Mission.
