Responsibilities
He performs general executive functions relating to planning and execution of the firm strategic objectives in line with the firm's vision and mission. He is responsible for controlling and maintaining group standards, supporting The Hill Team members at different levels and generally supervises inter and intra branch work execution.

Key Practice Areas
His selected experience includes capital, legal and corporate restructuring, Conveyancing, commercial law, bank security documentation, debt recovery, civil litigation, arbitration and corporate governance. He has extensive litigation experience. He is a legal advisor and board member of several organizations and routinely provides consultancy services on matters of corporate governance to various institutions and organizations. He has given talks to various organizations on the law on diverse subjects. He has been involved in the Constitutional Review Process as a member of the Multi-Sectoral Constitutional Review Forum.
