Mr. Achach has a background of academic excellence and intensive hands on training and experience on complex aspects of top corporate litigation in the banking, telecommunications, insurance, construction, energy markets and international commercial arbitration among others. He practices at the Court of Appeal, High Court and Subordinate Courts. His litigation experience also extends to specialized Tribunals such as the Business Premises Rent Tribunal, Rent Restriction Tribunal, National Environmental Tribunal and Kenya Industrial Properties Tribunal among others. He has been involved in high profile civil and international commercial and Public Law litigation for various clients.
