Key Practice Areas
Mercy has practical training and experience in commercial law and conveyancing which include; incorporation and registration of companies, societies and business names, preparation of commercial agreements, preparation and review of bank security documents, drafting of leases, mortgages, charges, chattel mortgages, guarantees, general commercial contracts and agreements, transfers, assignments and other security documents. She is also well versed in corporate and commercial litigation, debt recovery, legal research and drafting opinions.
