He has practical experience in dealing with a variety of commercial and conveyancing matters which include, incorporation and registration of companies, societies, trusts and business names, preparing and filing of various resolutions relating to the said legal entities; preparation of commercial agreements, review of bank security documents, drafting of leases, mortgages, charges, debentures, general commercial contracts/agreement drafting, transfers, assignments, chattels mortgages and other legal security documents .
