Key Practice Areas
Francis has practical experience in dealing with a variety of commercial and convenyancing transactions which include, preparation of commercial agreements; preparation and review of bank security documents, drafting of leases, mortgages, charges, debentures, general commercial contracts/agreements, transfers, assignments, chattels mortgages and other legal security documents. He also has practical experience in incorporation and registration of companies, societies and business names; preparing and filing various resolutions relating to corporate entities. He is also well versed in application for extension of Government Leases, change of user, sub-divisions and consolidation of titles.
