Victoria has practical experience in dealing with a variety of commercial and Conveyancing transactions which include, property acquisition and finance, incorporation and registration of companies, societies and business names, preparing and filing various resolutions relating to corporate entities, preparation of commercial agreements, preparation and review of bank security documents, drafting of leases, mortgages, charges, debentures, general commercial contracts/agreements, transfers, assignments, chattel mortgages ad other legal security documents. She is also well versed in Tax Law matters and is involved with advising both local and international clients on compliance with said matters
