Key Practice Areas
She has practical experience both in litigation and commercial law and conveyancing practice. In litigation, she is routinely involved in client interviewing, rendering legal opinions, drafting demands and court pleadings, legal research and general trial preparation. She also has practical experience in security documentation and general preparation of conveyancing instruments including charges and discharges, mortgages, transfers, leases, debentures, letters of hypothecation among others. She has also been involved in company restructuring, registration of trusts, companies, business names, trade marks and copy rights.
