Practices Commercial litigation and arbitration.
He has been involved in preparation, research and prosecution of cases in all courts including the court of appeal and is skilled in dispute resolution strategies. Has acted for leading Banks and has extensive experience in Banking and Financial litigation, mortgage realizations, recoveries and debt collections.
Has consulted for international corporations as well as international Law Firms on the legal process and judicial proceedings in Kenya and substantive laws of Kenya, which firms have also outsourced for litigation research especially in corporate law and shareholder disputes, winding up related to foreign jurisdictions proceedings in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tanzania and South Africa.
He has acted for private developers in Environmental and infrastructural legislation litigation. Has experience in building and construction law and related litigation. Tim also has a deep appreciation of the business regulatory framework in Kenya and routinely advises financial corporations on all forms of commercial and private dispute resolution.
