Josephine has over 16 years practiced Commercial Law and Conveyancing.
She has extensive experience in insurance law, banking law, financial security documentation, including contract documentation, conveyance of property and bank recoveries.
She remains a keen adviser to the litigation department on corporate issues and other areas of law which she has dealt with as a litigation advocate.
She has handled election petitions, insurance claims litigation, civil and commercial dispute resolution and land disputes. Having worked in the corporate sector in the insurance industry, she has gained considerable experience and expertise in organizational management structures and linkages between departmental organs, senior management and Board of Directors.
