He has practical experience in dealing with a variety of commercial and convenyancing transactions which include, property acquisition and finance, incorporation and registration of companies, societies, trusts and business names; preparing and filing various resolutions relating to corporate entities; preparation of commercial agreements; preparation and review of bank security documents, drafting of leases, mortgages, charges, debentures, general commercial contracts/agreement, transfers, assignments, chattels mortgages and other legal security documents.
He is also well versed in application for extension of Government Leases, change of user, sub-divisions and consolidation of titles as well as drafting and preparation of deeds, Commercial Securities and Capital Markets.
