About Allan Nga'nga
He is the Chief Financial Officer of the Firm and the Head of the Finance and Accounts Department He attained his Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Catholic University of Eastern Africa and is, in addition, a Certified Public Accountant CPA (K).
Allan has wide experience in Finance matters including setting up and ensuring adherence to Firm’s Accounting Policies and procedures. He ensures the Firm complies with all the Government and other statutory requirements.
He is the link between the Firm and the external auditors and facilitates and coordinates with all the information required.;;
He is also advices the Management on cash flow and other financial requirements of the Firm. He is the secretary to the Firm’s Finance and Audit committee that reviews the Firm’s financial matters including investment in various portfolios thus advising the management on the likely risks and returns involved.
